Аттестация персонала в рамках системы менеджмента качества

Abstract

Актуальность данной работы связана с необходимостью расширения области деятельности Регионального центра аттестации, контроля и диагностики Института неразрушающего контроля Томского политехнического университета и признанием его в качестве Экзаменационного центра по аттестации персонала в области разрушающих испытаний. Для успешного функционирования Экзаменационного центра в нём должна действовать разработанная и документированная система менеджмента качества, соответствующая области деятельности, характеру и объему работ, выполняемых Экзаменационным центром. Цель исследования - научное обоснование и документационное обеспечение системы менеджмента качества данного центра. Аттестация персонала в области разрушающих испытаний проводится в целях подтверждения достаточности теоретической и практической подготовки, опыта, компетентности специалистов, то есть их профессиональных знаний, навыков, мастерства, необходимых для проведения соответствующих испытаний. The relevance of the research is related to the need to diversify the Accreditation, Monitoring and DiagnosticsRegional Centre of the Institute of Non-Destructive Testing of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic Universityand recognize it as an Examination Centre for personnel certification in the field of destructive testing. For successfuloperation of the Examination Centre it should contain the developed and documented Quality ManagementSystem corresponding to the area of activity, the nature and volume of work performed by the ExaminationCentre. The aim of research is the scientific basis and documentation support of the Quality Management Systemof the Examination Centre. Personnel certification in the field of destructive testing is performed in order to confirmthe adequacy of theoretical and practical training, experience, and competence of the experts, their professionalknowledge and skills, necessary for carrying out the relevant tests. The result of the research was the developmentof documents, in accordance with the requirements of normative documents: Policy in Quality Control,Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Documentary Procedures, Job Descriptions and Statement of the ExaminationCentre and of the Examining Board. This documentation has been successfully implemented in-use ofthe Examination Centre for personnel certification in the field of destructive testing.
