Abstract

The article describes the relationship of information society technologies in conjunction with developmental technology education, ways of its reorganization levels, content, programs and goals. The transition to an information society by improving the quality of the world information space is presented as a process of personal information culture, allowing qualitatively and efficiently manage the process of training and education, representing an effective education that determines the further growth of the individual.
