Разработка стратегии развития структурного подразделения предприятия

Abstract

В данной работе проводится разработка стратегии развития структурного подразделения предприятия. Объектом исследования выступает структурное подразделение ООО "Газпром энерго". В работе на основе анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, внутренней и внешней среды были определены возможные стратегии развития подразделения. Выбрана "стратегия развития" и проведена оценка ожидаемой эффективности ее реализации. Степень внедрения: в настоящий момент выбранная стратегия реализуется на предприятии ООО "Газпром энерго". Область применения: выбранная стратегия распространяется на технологические объекты дочерних обществ "Газпром".

This research provides the development strategy of structural divisions of the company. The object of research is a structural unit of LLC "Gazprom Energo". In the work on the basis of the analysis of financial and economic activities, internal and external environment have been identified possible strategies of development of the unit. Selected "development strategy" and the evaluation of the expected effectiveness of its implementation. Level of implementation: now the chosen strategy is implemented at the enterprise of LLC "Gazprom Energo". Scope: this strategy applies to technological facilities of the subsidiaries of "Gazprom".
