Проблемы формирования доходной части муниципального бюджета

Abstract

Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время в России одной из острых проблем, стоящих на пути экономического развития страны и отдельных ее территорий, является дефицит доходов муниципальных образований и, следовательно, проблема формирования местного бюджета. Проблемы эффективности формирования и исполнения доходной части местных бюджетов в Российской Федерации проанализированы на примере бюджета муниципалитета г. Саяногорск Республики Хакасия.

The relevance of the chosen topic due to the fact that currently in Russia one of the acute problems that stand in the way of economic development of the country and individual territories, is the deficit of the revenues of municipalities and, consequently, the problem of the formation of the local budget. Problems of efficiency of formation and execution of the revenue part of local budgets in the Russian Federation are analyzed on the example of the budget of the municipality of the city of Sayanogorsk of Republic Khakassia.
