This work can be used as proposals for improving normative – legal support of conducting state cadastre of real estate. In particular, the problems associated with the fix cadastral errors, the absence in the state cadastre of real estate of data on the lands of common use, involvement of land plots into circulation with the purpose of receiving taxes.
