Совершенствование технологий GR-менеджмента в регионе

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа содержит 99 страниц, 16 рисунков, 21 таблицу, 62 использованных источника. Ключевые слова: GR-менеджмент, лоббизм, взаимодействие государства и бизнеса. Объектом исследования является совокупность технологий GR-менеджмента в России, в частности в Республике Бурятия. Цель работы – обоснование подходов к совершенствованию технологий GR-менеджмента на примере Республики Бурятия. При подготовке работы проводилось исследование теоретических аспектов GR-менеджмента (место в системе направлений менеджмента, модели и технологии), изучение зарубежного опыта по исследуемой проблеме, анализ институциональных возможностей для взаимодействия органов власти и бизнеса в России и Республике Бурятия, разрабатывались направления развития GR-менеджмента в Республике Бурятия.

Object of research is set of technologies of GR-management in Russia, in particular in the Republic of Buryatia. The work purpose – justification of approaches to improvement of technologies of GR-management on the example of the Republic of Buryatia. By preparation of work research of theoretical aspects of GR-management was conducted (the place in system of the directions of management, model and technology), studying of foreign experiment on the studied problem, the analysis of institutional opportunities for interaction of authorities and business in Russia and the Republic of Buryatia, were developed the directions of development of GR-management in the Republic of Buryatia. As a result of research models and technologies of GR-management are generalized, problems of development of GR-management in Russia and the Republic of Buryatia are revealed, criteria of diagnostics of GR-services at the enterprise are defined, recommendations about development of GR-management in the Republic of Buryatia are developed. Basic provisions and conclusions of work can be used in communication management and public relations at the enterprises and in public authorities, including regional. Research of this problem within the master thesis in the future planned.
