Актуальность бизнес планирования предопределила выбор данной темы выпускной квалификационной работы. Целью данной ВКР является выработка стратегии развития предприятия по обслуживанию оргтехники. В соответствии с указанной целью, поставлены следующие задачи:  определить цель, функции, и особенности направления бизнес-плана;  рассмотреть структуру и содержание разделов бизнес-плана;  изучить деятельность предприятия ООО «Оргсервис»;  составить стратегию развития предприятия. Объектом данного исследования выступает действующее предприятие ООО «Оргсервис» Предметом выступает финансово-хозяйственная деятельность предприятия и система стратегического планирования на данном предприятии. Степень внедрения - частичная. Элементы научной новизны состоят в том, что в ней учтены новейшие теоретические и практические материалы, касающиеся бизнес-планирования в сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства.

The purpose of this final qualifying work is the development of measures to improve the financial condition of the company LLC «Armani». In the final qualifying work used the following methods: analytical method, statistical method, the method of comparison, the factor analysis. Analysis of financial condition required to detect changes in indicators of financial condition, identify the factors affecting the financial condition of the company; evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of financial condition, assessing the financial situation of the company at a certain date and detect trends in the financial condition of the company. The study examined the nature of the financial condition of the company, the methods of analysis of the financial condition of the company, the main problems of the financial state of LLC «Armani» for this purpose carried out analysis of key indicators of financial - economic activity of the enterprise; assesses the financial condition, identify areas to improve the financial condition of Company «Armani».
