Abstract

This article considers the peculiarities of contractual relations in the oil and gas industry in Germany. Structure, content and delivery of the main provisions of treaties and transportation of oil and gas in the continental European countries are determined by the rules of civil law, and in some cases the rules of special legislation. This is their resemblance to Russian practice. At the same time in different countries in relation to oil or gas are special provisions that take into account the specific technical and economic, organizational and legal traditions of the national entrepreneurship. Suffice representative object, allowing an overview of the regulation of contractual relations in the area of the main transport is the system that has developed in the field of gas supplies and transport in Germany. At the same time technical and commercial features of the transport of gas and oil are not so principled and do not alter the general scheme. Moreover, the gas supply from the point of view of legal regulation is more complex and multifaceted process than oil supply, except, of course, Petroleum product.
