Abstract

This work is devoted to the analysis of effective procurement. The basic economic costs and ways to reduce the cost of procurement operations. The method of investigation in this paper is the analysis of the ABC and XYZ analysis. Using ABC can analyze operation value using XYZ - in the execution frequency of each group. The most expensive (by the complexity, financial resources, time, material consumption) and not very meaningful operations can be outsourced (i.e. execution by third parties under the contract).
