Abstract

The efficiency of the personnel management system largely depends on the knowledge of information base. Information base is a collection of data on the state of the control system and development trends using quantitative characteristics of the processes occurring in the composition of workers in the surrounding industrial and social environment. Actually, any management decision should be based on knowledge of the situation, influence factors and their relationships. Information contributes to the implementation of all management functions: planning, organization, control, regulatory, distribution.
