| Abstract: | The article gives the definition of the two terms, such as a learning organization and information environment of the organization. This in turn gives the opportunity to see that the training of the personnel of the various methods is an information thread organization. Learning organizations are constantly in development. So it could develop, it should be in contact with information space. |
