dc.description.abstract	The glow of a broad class of crystal investigated in atomic oxygen using transient luminescence methods. Study of changes in brightness of radical recombination luminescence in the modulation of the flux density of the atomic beam to determine the in situ recombination rate and the heat of desorption of oxygen atoms from the surface of willemite and calcium oxide. The high sensitivity of fluorescent techniques to fine details of the mechanisms of interaction of atomic particles on the surface of solids, their informative and easy observation of the luminescent response to changes in process conditions observed.	ru
