Abstract: The workcarried outresearchelement, phase composition and structureand electricalsystemsTi-H.The aim of thiswork was to studythe change in?titaniumcontaining hydrogenin comparisonwith its structure. The evaluation was conductedon changing?dcandeddy currentsin theISA,Researchradiographs, calculate the densityof defects, andinformation about changing thestructure of thetitaniumvalues ofeddy currents. For comparisonwere used: optical Olympus GX-71 and REM-125K electronicmicroscopesdiffractometerShimadzu XRD-7000S,spectrometerGD-Profiler.Therefore it is possibleto extract a cleareffect of hydrogenon the electrical conductivityof the metal layers. Such comparisonsare possible, since the penetration depthBTis a function offrequency. It is shown thatsaturation oftitaniumalloy VT1- 0hydrogenaccompanied by changes inphysical and mechanical properties: the lattice parameters, microhardness, electrical conductivity?.The greatest quantityof hydrogensorbedtitaniumtypicalsample thicknessof 3 mm.Furtherincrease in the thickness(with the samesurface area)does not leadto a change inhydrogen concentrationin titanium. This important conclusionmust be accompanied bythe study ofthe distribution ofthe hydrogen contentin the depthof the titaniumsample. For example, datafrom the literatureshould be[2]that the greatestamount of hydrogenis concentratedin a layerthickness of up to0.3 m?.At greater depthsthere isa uniform distribution ofhydrogen. The relationshipbetween the degree ofhydrogenation oftitanium alloyanda change in itselectrical conductivityis established. This makes it possibleto detect anddetermine the degree ofhydrogenationmethodusingeddy currentin a production environment. A comparisonof measurementsof samplesspectrometry, x-ray diffractionandeddy currentsat different frequencies. To investigate thesurface layersto 10 micronsmust be usedhigh frequencyeddy current(100-1000 MHz).
