Цель работы: модернизация существующей релейной автоматизированной системы управления разгрузки методических нагревательных печей мелкосортного стана 250-1 на программируемый логический контроллер. Thesis consists of: 120 pages, 40 figures, 23 tables, 9 formulas, sources 27 and 13 applications. The object of study - metallurgical production, Rolling Mill, small-section mill 250-1, the site of heating furnaces. Objective: To upgrade existing relay automatic discharge control system of methodical heating furnaces light-section mill 250-1 in the PLC. Tasks: - development of technical specifications; - The study of the process of the modernized section; - The study of the subject area and the PLC selection; - Development of the structural scheme; - Development of functional circuit; - Development of electric wiring diagrams; - The choice of the necessary equipment and components; - The development and writing of the program; - Development and implementation of human-machine interface. The research paper promoted the calculation of costs for the development and implementation of the project, defined the economic effect and evaluation of scientific and technological level of the Research Institute of the projected automated complex. We consider industrial safety, environmental safety, safety in emergencies, legal and organizational issues of security.
