| Abstract: | In research the analysis of a solution of the problem of professional burning out not only as syndrome is carried out "Burnout" but also as "Boreout-syndrome". On the basis ofthe carried-out research works the conclusion is drawn that both syndromes negatively influence professional activity. Removal of these syndromes will allow to increase efficiencyof work considerably. |
