| Abstract: | The article discusses the need for rational distribution of employees in the workplace, the optimization of the workspace, in order to reduce the time required to perform the work. In compliance with all ergonomic readings, thereby maximizing the productivity of the employee. This can be achieved considering the basic ergonomic data, principles of planning the working area and rational working conditions. |
