Проектирование системы электроснабжения ферросплавного завода

Abstract

Объектом исследования является ремонтно-механический цех по обслуживанию ферросплавного завода. Главная задача: проектирование системы электроснабжения базы по обслуживанию ферросплавного завода и обосновать свое решение с экономической точки зрения. В процессе проектирования произведен расчет нагрузок ремонтно-механического цеха и завода в целом, выбор оборудования и его проверка, построение эпюр напряжения, расчет токов короткого замыкания и построение карты селективности.

The main task is to design a power supply system for a base for servicing a ferroalloy plant and to substantiate its decision from an economic point of view. In the design process, the loads for the repair and mechanical repair department and plant, the equipment selected, the stress plots were plotted, the short-circuit currents were calculated, and a selectivity map. The main design characteristics are: the plant consists of nineteen departments, of which three are related to the first, eleven to the second, and five belong to the third category in terms of the reliability of power supply. As a result of the design, a power supply model of the plant was obtained, which is effective and will allow to compete with alternative projects.
