Пенсионная реформа и благополучие пенсионеров: опыт России и Китая

Abstract

Развитие системы здравоохранения и образования, снижение рождаемости и другие факторы привели к ускорению процесса старения населения, что приводит к дисбалансу пенсионной системы. В Китае содержание родителей является долгом детей. Реализация политики сокращения рождаемости и другие факторы снизили возможности детей, поэтому возрастает значимость пенсионной системы. В России пенсионная система играет важную роль в увеличении благосостояния, уровня и качества жизни пенсионеров. Диверсификация источников доходов домохозяйств (микроэкономический подход), а также совершенствование пенсионной системы (государственное регулирование - макроэкономический подход) позволят повысить благосостояние населения.

The development of the health care system and education, reduction of the birth rate and other factors have accelerated the aging process of the population, which leads to the pension system disbalance. In China, support of parents is the duty of children. The implementation of the policy of decreasing the birth rate and other factors have reduced the possibility of children to do that, the importance of the pension system is increasing. In Russia, the pension system plays an important role in increasing well-being, social standard and quality of life of pensioners. Household income diversification (microeconomics approach), as well as the improvement of the pension system (government regulation - macroeconomics approach) will improve the well-being of the population.
