Abstract:	The work presents the results of influence of various factors on the quality of cast ceramic tape made of industrial powders of aluminum nitride by method of shliker casting on a base. In work we varied materials, modes of mixing and technological modes of shliker casting. The factors influencing quality of the cast tape are defined. Using a microscope, quality of the cast tape is estimated and the defect type is established. The explanation and mechanism of emergence of these cast type defects is offered.
