"Парадное благополучие" в сфере воспроизводства научных кадров современной России

Abstract

Актуальность исследования определяется насущной потребностью обновления, повышения воспроизводства, пополнения российского научного потенциала. Такой выбор обусловлен прежде всего национальным приоритетом, который обозначен в программе реализации молодежной политики в России на период до 2020 г. и связан с задачей воспроизводства научных кадров РФ. Реализация данной задачи зависит от текущих социальных условий в стране и стабилизации положения ученых и науки в целом. Цель работы: аналитическое исследование причин кризисного состояния дел в воспроизводстве научных кадров России. Методы исследования: вторичный анализ данных социологических исследований, анализ документов. Результаты. Проведенный анализ исследовательской практики в РФ по проблеме воспроизводства научных кадров позволил обозначить количественные и качественные критерии эффективности функционирования аспирантуры, ключевые причины кризисного состояния дел, выявить проблемные точки и определить мотивационные факторы, имеющие большое значение для аспирантов при выборе траектории научной карьеры.

The relevance of the research is determined by the urgent need for renewal, increasing reproduction, replenishment of the Russian scientific potential. The choice is caused first of all by national priority that is outlined in the program for implementing the youth policy in Russia for the period until 2020 and it is related to the task of reproducing Russian scientific personnel. The implementation of this task depends on the current social conditions in the country and stabilization of the position of scientists and science in general. The main aim of the research is the analytical study of the causes of the crisis state of affairs in reproduction of scientific personnel in Russia. Methods of research: secondary analysis of sociological research data, analysis of documents. Results. The carried out analysis of research practice in the Russian Federation on the issue of reproduction of scientific personnel made it possible to identify quantitative and qualitative criteria for the effectiveness of the postgraduate work, the key causes of the crisis situation, identify problem points and determine the motivational factors that are important for graduate students in choosing the trajectory of a scientific career.
