Abstract: Production of probiotics, produced by Bacillus subtilis, is popular in agriculture. Relevant studies are enhancing productivity and economic efficiency of the production of biological products. Growth and development acceleration Bacillus subtilis, by which probiotics are produced, possibly through physical action. One of the factors that can affect the microorganisms is ultrasound. The aim of the study is to examine the influence of ultrasound on hay bacillus spores. The study found the optimal exposure time ultrasound of a certain frequency in the debates strain Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3057 D to reduce the time of spore germination and increase the content of microorganisms during cultivation. The results of research can be used in the preparation of the seed and the control of microorganisms in the production of probiotics, and may be of interest to other researchers involved in the production biologics.
