Abstract

This article describes the new methods, which accepted by the authorities of the Russian federation and their regions to increase incoming flows of investments into the regions in terms of crisis. This is the high range methods from legislative regulation to media influence through the TV program. Also at the beginning of the article put a strong emphasis to pressing issues of our investment policy and loses due to sanctions.
