| Abstract: | In the present study, we performed preparation of porous ceramics based on alumina. Study consisted of two parts: obtaining powder and obtaining ceramics. Alumina powder was obtained by chemical precipitation and the ceramic was obtained by sintering at 1600°C. Porous ceramic specimens were obtained in the porosity interval 47-62%. Part of specimens reached an open porosity of 75%. |
