Миграционные процессы между Кыргызской Республикой и Российской Федерацией в контексте евразийской интеграции

Abstract

На основе изучения вопросов перемещения населения Центрально-азиатского региона рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы развития миграционных процессов между Кыргызстаном и Россией в контексте Евразийской интеграции. Цель работы: анализ проблем и перспектив миграционных процессов, в частности процессов трудовой миграции в кыргызско-российских отношениях через выявление особенностей развития демографических и социально-экономических изменений в миграционном движении населения Кыргызской Республики и Российской Федерации, а также определение путей и методов регулирования миграционных потоков между двумя странами. Результаты: определены масштабы трудовой миграции в Кыргызстане и обоснована классификация факторов, обусловливающих трудовую миграцию в Кыргызстане. Выявлены наиболее проблемные компоненты социальной, экономической, национальной безопасности Кыргызстана на основе комплексного анализа развития миграционных процессов между Кыргызстаном и Россией.

Based on the study of the population movement issues of the Central Asian region, the challenges and prospects for the development of the migration processes between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation have been considered within the Eurasian integration. The study objective is to analyze the challenges and prospects of the migration processes, particularly of the labour migration processes in the Kyrgyz-Russian relations through revealing the development peculiarities of demographic and socio-economic transformations in the migration population movement of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, as well as to define the regulation means and methods of the migratory movements between two countries. The results: the scope of the labour migration in the Kyrgyz Republic was measured and the factors classification stipulating labour migration in Kyrgyzstan was substantiated. The most problematic components of the social, economic, national security of the Kyrgyz Republic were identified on the basis of comprehensive review of the migration processes development between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
