Abstract: A new basement for lie detection technology is proposed. The core of the basement is represented as a network platform for polygraph tests driven by network science. Thus network scope of the domain promotes elaboration of a new generation instruments for psychophysiological tests. The network platform provides an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of the psycho-physiological reactions of an individual in response to stimuli by converting pertinent physiological parameters of respiratory, motor, cardiovascular system, electrical activity of the skin into network fingerprints, as well as the non-verbal component of the behavior of the individual during the pre-test conversation. At the same time, an analysis is proposed both separately for each component, and in a comprehensive manner and in interrelations; at the same time automated testing technology: reduces degree of subjectivity, strengthens reliability of the result; implements ICT at all stages of investigation, significantly increasing productivity of polygraph expert work.
