Abstract

Объектом исследования является технология изготовления детали - Ось. Цель дипломной работы:разработка технологии изготовления детали - Ось В процессе разработки проводились: построение размерных схем, определение припусков, расчёт режимов резания, расчёт норм времени, конструирование оснастки, анализ полученных результатов. В результате работы были определены припуски, подобраны режимы резания и назначены нормы времени, а также сконструирована оснастка для закрепления оси. Область применения: технологический процесс изготовления детали типа ось" будет представлять интерес перед производственными компаниями.
