Abstract

Целью данной работыявляется разработкатехнологии изготовления детали----держатель ролика. Работа содержит 4 части: технологическую, конструкторскую, экономическую и часть, отвечающую, для социальную ответст венность. В технологии части выполнены определение типа производства, анализ технологичности конструкции детали, выбор исходной заготовки и методов ее изготовления, проектирование технологического процесса изготовления детали, размерный анализ технологического процесса, расчет допусков, припусков и технологических размеров, выбор оборудования и технологической процесса, расчетрежимов резании, расчет основного времени, определение штучно-калькуляционного времени. В конструкторской части разработка конструкции приспособления для сверлильной операции. В работе освещены вопросы экономик.
