| Abstract: | Investment support institutions act as a catalyst for private and public investment. They create conditions for the formation of civil society, infrastructure, access to necessary financial and information resources for social enterprises. The most effective development institutions for socially focused projects to date are investment fund competitions and accelerators supporting the entrepreneur in the early stages of the project. |
