Abstract

В работе произведена оценка эффективности внедрения аутсорсинга на предприятии. Осуществлен поэтапный алгоритм оценки эффективности мероприятия с пояснениями и указаниями проекта. Определены стороны, на которые в той или иной мере влияет внедрения аутсорсинга. В соответствии с отобранными сторонами, для них определяются выгоды и потери от рассматриваемой процедуры. Далее дается оценка выявленных выгод и потерь каждый из сторон. The paper evaluates the effectiveness of the implementation of outsourcing in the enterprise. A phased algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the event with explanations and directions of the project has been implemented. The parties are identified that are affected in one way or another by the implementation of outsourcing. In accordance with the selected parties, the benefits and losses from the procedure under consideration are determined for them. The following is an assessment of the identified benefits and losses of each of the parties.
