Анализ остаточного ресурса стального вертикального резервуара типа РВС-10000 м3

Abstract

Цель работы – проанализировать причины возникновения дефектов и проведение анализа остаточного ресурса резервуара типа РВС 10 000м3. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы были проведены следующие расчеты: 1) определение геометрических параметров резервуара 2) определение толщины всех поясов стенках резервуара 3) расчет стенки на устойчивость 4) анализ остаточного ресурса резервуара.

Object of study: Vertical steel tank with a volume of 10000m3. The purpose of the work is to analyze the causes of defects and conduct an analysis of the residual resource of the reservoir type RVS 10000m3. In the process of completing the final qualification work, the following calculations were carried out: 1) determination of the geometric parameters of the tank 2) determination of the thickness of all the belts to the walls of the tank 3) calculation of the wall for stability 4) analysis of the residual resource of the tank. The main structural, technological and technical and operational characteristics: identification of defective places, operational work, analysis of the residual resource of the tank.
