Оценка рекреационного потенциала территории Улаганского района Республики Алтай

Abstract

Важнейшими проблемами рекреационного землепользования и туристической индустрии в целом являются обеспечение высокого качества отдыха, расширение многообразия возможностей использования рекреационных земель и ресурсов и обеспечением безопасного землепользования. Отвод земель под рекреационные цели должен производиться, с учетом зон с особыми условиями использования территории. В настоящее время такие зоны не установлены для большинства природных объектов.

Recreational activity is an integral part of our lives. It is one of the main factors in the development of the economy and new territories. Nowadays, recreational activity is developing chaotically in the Russian Federation. Its changes have made it possible to realize the value of the land. The lands of a recreational purpose are the lands allocated in the established order. They are intended for the organization of leisure, tourism, fitness activities. Recreational lands of the Russian Federation occupy about 9%. But this percentage increases every year. The development of the unorganized recreational activities leads to a violation of the restrictions and requirements of the Legislation. Based on this, it is necessary to allocate the recreational land into an independent group.
