Разработка стартап-стратегии открытия спортивного центра

Abstract

В данной дипломной работе приведены разработки стратегии для открытие фитнес-центра. Объект: стратегии фитнес-центра "Alex Fitness" в Томске. Цель работы – разработать стартап стратегию фитнес-центра "Alex Fitness" в Томске. Структура бакалаврской работы состоит из введения, четырёх глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы. Основные задачи: 1)Определить миссию фитнес-центра; 2)Определить основных конкурентов в Томске; 3)Раскрыть возможности и угрозы фитнес-центра "Alex Fitness"; 4)Разработать стратегию для открытия фитнес-центра "Alex fitness" в Томске.

This thesis presents the development of a strategy for opening a fitness center. Object: strategies of the fitness center "Alex Fitness" in Tomsk. The purpose of the work is to develop a startup strategy of the Alex Fitness fitness center in Tomsk. The structure of the bachelor's work consists of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature. Main goals: 1) Define the mission of the fitness center; 2) Identify the main competitors in Tomsk; 3) To reveal the opportunities and threats of the fitness center "Alex Fitness"; 4) Develop a strategy for opening the fitness center "Alex fitness" in Tomsk.
