Автоматизация процесса интеграции сотрудников в деятельность компании

Abstract

В работе проведен обзор литературы, рассмотрены проблемы процесса адаптации новых сотрудников, проведён анализ существующих решений, связанных с интеграцией сотрудников в деятельность компании, приведены статистические данные. Выполнена разработка чат-бота на языке программирования C#, развертывание базы данных для хранения информации, предаваемой пользователю, и готового приложения на сервере. Описан бизнес-процесс интеграции сотрудников в деятельность компании на примере бизнес-процесса компании Рубиус Тех. Проведено моделирование бизнес-процесса и расчет затрат, необходимых для интеграции сотрудника в деятельность компании.

In this work, the development of an automated solution for integration of employees into the activities of the company is be presented. In the course of the work, the problems of the process of adaptation of new employees are considered. The analysis of existing solutions and the statistical data have been carried out. A study has been carried out on the business process of integration of employees with the example of Rubius Tech Company. A business process was to be model with the calculation of the costs required for employee integration. A chat bot application has been developed to automate the process of integrating an employee into the company's activities in the C # programming language. The application is deployed on a hosting server, PostgreSQL DBMS is used for data storage.
