Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО "Тепло-Форт". Цель работы – совершенствование системы финансового управления в проектной деятельности. В процессе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления финансами, дана характеристика деятельности предприятия, проведен финансовый анализ предприятия, анализ проектов предприятия, проведен анализ действующей системы управления проектами. В результате исследования разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы финансового управления проектной деятельностью в ООО "Тепло-Форт", а именно введение контролирующей фазы, которая характеризуется учетом плановых и фактических затрат проекта, а также проведением анализа отклонений. Также были составлены мероприятия корпоративной социальной ответственности.
