Модификация галодифа янтарной кислотой

Abstract

Целью работы является синтез уреида галодифа с янтарной кислотой для увеличения водорастворимости лекарственного препарата. В процессе работы осуществлялись: синтез галодифа, синтез ацилирующих агентов, синтез уреида галодифа с янтарной кислотой. Подтверждение структуры продукты осуществлялось методами спектрального анализа, исследование растворимости полученного уреида и его солевых форм проводилось методом ВЭЖХ. Был проведен расчёт стоимости реализации проекта, выявление опасных и вредных факторов, влияющих на жизнь и здоровье человека и окружающую среду.

The aim of the research is the synthesis of galodif ureide with succinic acid to increase the water solubility of the drug. In the process of work, the following were carried out: the synthesis of galodif, the synthesis of acylating agents, the synthesis of galodif ureide with succinic acid. The structure of the product was confirmed by spectral analysis, and the solubility of the resulting ureide and its salt forms was studied by HPLC. The calculation of the cost of the project implementation and the identification of dangerous and harmful factors affecting human life and health and the environment were carried out.
