Модернизация работ на агрегатном участке в условиях СТО «Штурм»

Abstract

Цель работы – организация работ агрегатного участка с разработкой планировки и технологического процесса для ремонта агрегатов автомобилей. Пояснительная записка отражает результаты работы по технологическому расчету зоны технического обслуживания в условиях СТО "Штурм", рассмотрена организация технологического процесса технического обслуживания. Приведен обзор условий сервисных работ с точки зрения охраны труда, рассмотрены требования эргономики к объекту проектирования. Выполнен расчет экономической эффективности организации технического обслуживания и текущего ремонта.

The purpose of the work is to organize the work of the aggregate section with the development of a layout and a technological process for the repair of vehicle units. The explanatory note reflects the results of the work on the technological calculation of the maintenance area in the conditions of the STO "Shturm", the organization of the technological maintenance process is considered. An overview of the conditions of service work from the point of view of labor protection is given, the ergonomic requirements for the design object are considered. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the organization of maintenance and current repairs is carried out.
