Внедрение внешнего электронного документооборота на предприятии

Abstract

В ходе проделанной работы проводился анализ существующих видов документооборота, изучена законодательная база, в рамках которого он реализуется, проанализированы требования и возможности внедрения; разработан алгоритм и план график реализации проекта и оценена эффективность проекта от внедрения внешнего документооборота. В результате проведенной работы определен исполнитель по проекту, рассчитан бюджет проекта, получены расчетные данные по эффективности реализуемого проекта.

In the course of the work done, the analysis of existing types of document flow was carried out, the legislative framework within which it is implemented was studied, the requirements and implementation possibilities were analyzed; an algorithm and a schedule for the implementation of the project were developed, and the effectiveness of the project from the introduction of external document flow was evaluated. As a result of the work carried out, the contractor for the project was determined, the project budget was calculated, calculated data on the effectiveness of the project being implemented were obtained.
