Owing to mass use of IT technologies in business, the entities were forced to reconstruct the processes to remain profitable. Reengineering is one of the reorganization ways. Reengineering - is refusal of the settled procedures, it is a new view for work on product or service creation and value provision to the client. Reengineering can help the company to reach good results and leadership in the market, but it can also create a lot of problems for a firm as a result of unsuccessful reorganization of processes.	ru
