dc.description.abstractThe paper addresses the issue of intensive urban development in the area of Kemerovo-city. Underestimation of geotechnical conditions of the area at the project and construction stages results in negative geological processes such as erosion, waterlogging, soil subsidence, and underflooding. These processes can lead to deformation and failure of buildings and constructions.en
