| Abstract: | Объект исследования – ООО "Сапеда-112".
Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо выполнить следующие задачи:
- изучение теоретических основ антикризисного управления и выхода предприятия из кризисного положения;
- анализ финансового состояния и диагностика потенциала выживания предприятия;
- мероприятия и рекомендации по выходу предприятия из кризиса. The object of study – LLC "Sapeda-112". To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks: - the study of the theoretical foundations of crisis management and exit of the enterprise from the crisis situation; - analysis of the financial condition and diagnosis of the survival potential of the enterprise; - events and recommendations for the exit of the enterprise from the crisis. |
