| Abstract: | This research is devoted to the study of the properties of ceramic materials synthesized by the method of spark plasma sintering. As a feedstock for sintering the samples were made from preceramic paper based on silicon carbide. The properties of these samples were examined by hydrostatic weighing and scanning electron microscopy. |
