High-quality innovative urban environment is understood as a safe, comfortable space for living and recreation using technologies of a smart city (home), which is adapted for all social groups of the population, including age groups. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the current problem of updating the study of the existing experience of humanization of the urban environment and formulating of recommendations in this direction.en
