Abstract

Актуальность темы связана с тем, что анализ факторов внешней и внутренней среды в сочетании с успешно выбранной конкурентной стратегией – условие развития бизнеса даже в нестабильной среде. Объектом исследования в данной работе является ООО "ПЕТ КЕР КОМПАНИ". Предмет исследования – анализ внешней и внутренней среды ООО "ПЕТ КЕР КОМПАНИ". Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – выявление путей развития бизнеса с учетом влияния факторов внешней и внутренней среды ООО "ПЕТ КЕР КОМПАНИ".

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the analysis of factors of the external and internal environment, combined with a successfully chosen competitive strategy, is a condition for business development even in an unstable environment. The object of study in this paper is the about PET CARE COMPANY LLC. The subject of the study is the analysis of the external and internal environment of PET CARE COMPANY LLC. The purpose of the final qualification work is to identify ways of business development, taking into account the influence of factors of the external and internal environment of PET CARE COMPANY LLC.
