Модернизация автоматизированной системы управления подогревателя сырьевого газа

Abstract

Объектом исследования является подогреватель сырьевого газа. Цель работы – разработка модернизированной автоматизированной системы управления подогревателя сырьевого газа. В процессе исследования проводились: анализ технологического процесса и технического (пускового) регламента, выбор средств реализации, разработка функциональной, структурной схем автоматизации, схемы общих проводок и информационных потоков, главного экрана мнемосхемы, моделирование работы контура регулирования. В результате исследования разработаны схемы автоматизации: функциональная, структурная и информационных потоков. Создана схема общих проводок и составлен главный экран мнемосхемы.

The object of study is the feed gas heater. The purpose of the work is the development of a modernized automated feed gas heater control systems. In the course of the study, the following were carried out: analysis of the technological process and technical (start-up) regulations, choice of means of implementation, development of functional, structural diagrams of automation, schemes of general postings and information flows, the main screen of the mnemonic diagram, simulation of the control loop operation. As a result of the study, automation schemes have been developed: functional, structural and information flows. Schema created general postings and compiled the main screen of the mnemonic diagram.
