Abstract: The results of an ab initio study of the energetic favorability of two-phase titanium lattices in the presence of Al, V, and Mo substitutional impurities are presented. The study establishes the influence of impurities on the energy predominance of titanium phases. This study offers a novel perspective on the phase transition in titanium, providing a comprehensive understanding of the role of impurities in this process. The present study demonstrated that the contribution of molybdenum to the stabilization of the β-phase is greater than that of vanadium. It has been demonstrated that in non-equilibrium processes, the stabilization of β-phase is possible at locally high concentrations of Al. The influence of Mb impurity on the phase stability of β-phase is greater than that of V impurity
