Abstract

Развитие сети Интернет, необходимость снижения издержек на генерацию образовательного контента, развитие способов и форм его доставки конечному пользователю создали предпосылки для развития электронных платформ и методик, способных повысить эффективность образования за счет расширения доступа к знаниям (эффект масштаба). Целью такого переноса также является интеграция образовательного процесса - объединение учащихся, учебных заведений, регионов и стран. Развитие Интернета и смежных с ним технологий по генерации и доставке контента конечному пользователю создает предпосылки для развития систем, позволяющих предоставлять массовый доступ к образованию. The development of the Internet, the need to reduce costs for generation of educational content, the developmentof methods and forms of its delivery to the end user predetermined the development of electronic platforms andmethodologies that can improve education by increasing access to knowledge (economies of scale). The purposeof this transfer is also the integration of the educational process – the union of pupils, schools, regions and countries.The development of the Internet and related technologies for the generation and delivery of content to theend user creates the preconditions for the development of systems which allow providing mass User Access toeducation. The interest in e-learning is growing, as well as the readiness to use such technology in the educationalprocess by teachers and students.
