Эффективность процесса и результата в социально-­экономических системах

Abstract

Актуальность представленного исследования определяется необходимостью разработки систем показателей для оценки эффективности социально­-экономических систем на макро­, мезо­ и микроуровнях. Цель работы: выделить и изучить одну из граней комплексного понятия эффективности в рамках процессного и целеориентированного подхода. Методы исследования. Использовался понятийный и ретроспективный анализ, а также абстрктно­логический подход к изучению аспектов эффективности. Результаты: проведен сравнительный анализ понятий "эффект" и "эффективность", рассмотрены базовые виды эффективности, выделены особенности определения эффективности процесса и результата, проведен их сравнительный анализ, представлена матрица эффективности процесса и результата. The relevance of the present study is determined by the need to develop systems of indicators to measure the effectiveness of social and economic systems at the macro, meso and micro levels. Objective: To identify and explore one facet of a complex concept of efficiency in the context of process and goal­oriented approach. Research methods. We used conceptual and retrospective analysis, abstract­logical approach to the study of the effectiveness of the above aspects. Results: A comparative analysis of the concepts of effect and efficiency, describes the basic types of efficiency, particularly highlighted the effectiveness of the process (efficiency) and the effectiveness of the result, their comparative analysis led to the development of the matrix of effectiveness of the process and the result.Research on how to prestarting warming tractor engines gasoline burners.
