Abstract: Value proposition is an exclusive competitive advantage, which is owned by an organization and which gives a significant advantage over a competition. The organization is trying to solve problems and satisfy the customer needs through a value proposition, that is why it is very important evaluate it for understanding factors that affect the company's competitiveness. Basic principles of a value proposition, as well as evaluation methods of the value proposition will be described in this article.
