| Abstract: | Today, information technologies play an important role in the development of the Russian economy. Through the use of information technology increases productivity, contribute to the active development of basic scientific research, improves the quality of public services. This suggests that the Russian IT industry has a global potential and should become one of the most important points of growth of the Russian economy. |
