| Abstract: | In the article the problem of information technologies used in personnel management on the example of introduction of the system of electronic documents circulation is viewed. The problems of functioning of the system of electronic documents circulation are revealed, the recommendations on their elimination are given, an approximate way of development of such systems is suggested. |
